Activities

Common and uncommon teachings

The Dzogchen teachings given by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and Namkhai Yeshi offer various kind of educational activities, some for everyone, while other are for more dedicated practitioners. This is reflected in our calendar of live events.

The educational activities are composed of various practices.

Practices are the mean to integrate what we have learnt so that the Dzogchen teachings doesn’t only remain an intellectual knowledge but more a tacit knowledge that walks with us wherever we go, whatever we do.

In this way, practices are here to help us truly evolve as individual and create peace and harmony on our lives and around us in the world.

For that purpose it exists a variety of educational activities that aids to the discovery of our real nature and to its actualisation in our day to day living.
