Rosemary Friend

1st Level Vajra Dance teacher, Khaita teacher

I have worked as a medical practitioner and psychotherapist since 1981. Dancing the various Songs revealed by Dzogchen Master Chogyal Namkhai Norbu has been an essential experience for harmonizing my body, energy and mind. When we dance these sacred songs, our movements are manifesting from the sounds that naturally correspond. Eventually, we realise that all movements of our body, energy and mind are inseparable from our innate wisdom energy.

After marrying, Tsering and Topgyal deepened their training in Tibetan singing and dance under Mr. Dawa Tashi in India. In 2011, under the guidance of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, they began choreographing Khaita Joyful Dances and traveling internationally to teach and perform both traditional and contemporary Tibetan dances.
