Thuy NguyenThuy Nguyen’s journey with Vajra Dance and Yantra Yoga began in 2007 when she met the renowned Dzogchen master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. Passionate about sharing the transformative power of movement and contemplative practice, she is an authorised and experienced teacher of Vajra Dance, Yantra Yoga, Kumar Kumari, and Khaita Joyful Dances, as well as a certified Respira method teacher. Thuy also draws on her extensive expertise as a physiotherapist to support the learning and engagement of her participants. Whether teaching face-to-face or online, she enjoys creating a joyful and inclusive environment for all.
